Good question, Ellaine and we appreciate you choosing TD Helps for your answer.
For any Statement Savings Account(s) (including Money Market Accounts), you may make as many in-person withdrawals at a teller window or any ATM as you wish. However, Federal Regulations permit the depositor to make no more than a combined total of six (6) pre-authorized, automatic, electronic (including computer initiated), telephone withdrawals or transfers, or payments by check, draft, debit card, or similar order payable to third parties in any monthly period (based on your statement date).
If you wish to confirm your statement date, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, they'd be more than happy to review your Savings account statement date with you. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store, during normal lobby hours to be assisted in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please understand that we would like to assist you here; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may also confirm your statement date by sending a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We also invite you to review our Personal Deposit Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 6 and 7) for more information about withdrawal policy.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
