still have funds in my account.. The customer represantative said I have to go personally to a TD bank store for verification. As I live in Israel in the past 5 years I can't do that. What should I do? I left Canada 5 years ago and forgot my account verification details needed sign in to my account online. My account has been blocked after not using it for a few years. I still have funds in my account. The customer service representative told me over the phone that I have to go personally to a TD bank store with my documents for verification. As I live in Israel in the past 5 years and TD doesn't have stores in Israel, I can't do that. What should I do? I can go to the Canada embassy in Israel with my documents, but will it help in any way?
