Hello Holly, thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps with your question. We're glad to assist you.
If you wish to have a new debit card mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask you please log onto your Online Banking profile and send us a Secure Message from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq; please be sure to include the following information in your Secure Message:
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
Please also include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your Secure Message with this information, we should be able to process your request. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, please feel free to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 for immediate assistance.
After sending the online Secure Message, we recommend contacting us immediately at the same telephone number listed above, so we may expedite your request.
Alternatively, if you don't have access to Online Banking at this time, you can fax this request to us by sending the same information to our Fulfillment department at Fax# 856-533-1138.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day! Safe travel.
