Great question, Edmundo! We'll be happy to show you how to view your statements using your Online Banking.
To start, you'll want to log into your Online Banking. Feel free to use the link here https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. As you have stated that this will be your first time viewing your statements through your Online Banking, you may not yet be enrolled. We can also help you with that! To start the enrollment process, click here https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, ATM or Debit Card Number, Account Number, and a unique email address registered to the U.S..
Once you have logged in, click on the account you would like to view statements for. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your pending and posted transactions. Now, towards the center of your page, you should see 'Statements & Notices'. Here, it will show you all of your available statements, and you'll have the ability to view them by clicking on the 'View' link. You'll also have the ability to print your statements from here for your records!
If you would like a copy of a statement, but don't have the ability to print them from the comfort of your home, you may send a Secure Message from your Online Banking too. From the page you are currently on, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side, and select 'Send a Secure Message'. Under the 'Subject', you'll want to select 'Statement Copy Request'. From here, select the account you want statements for, as well as the Month and Year of the specific statement you are looking for.
If you have the TD Bank Mobile App on your Apple or Android device, you may also send a Secure Message from your phone. Once you've logged in using your credentials with the app, select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less
Finally, you may request statement copies by calling 1-888-751-9000. Banking Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be more than happy to place an order for you. Your nearest TD Store location will also be able to print copies for you on the spot. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps you retrieve your statements, Edmundo. Have a great weekend!
