Great to see you, Oveis!
We're happy to tell you that we do offer the option of requesting funds from another bank account you may have, and we'll be glad to tell you about that here.
This service is available to you using the External Transfers feature on your TD Online Banking account.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please click here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. If you're not yet enrolled, please find our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. You'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit card number, your Social Security number and email address. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you need assistance with enrollment or don't have some of the info required, just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're set up and after logging in to your account, please choose the Transfers tab. Then click on the "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank" tab. You will then be asked to accept a user agreement and review the fee schedule.
After the enrollment is completed, you can begin to schedule a transfer by adding your account at a different institution. To do so, select "Add a New Account." You will then be prompted to select the type of account followed by the account and routing numbers. Once you enter the required fields, the transfer service will then display whether or not you can make an immediate transfer. In some cases, a trial deposit is initiated at the receiving institution for verification purposes.
Once these steps are completed and your external account has been added, click the "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank" link at the top of the Transfers page. Here, you'll be able to select your external account in the "From" field, and your TD Bank account in the "To" field to complete your transfer. You'll even be able to create this as a recurring transfer at that time if you choose. Once you fill in all the required fields, please select Continue at the bottom.
Please note that fees can apply for this service depending on the direction of the transfer and the time frame you select. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K, and for more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. If you need any assistance at all in setting this up or using this service, you can reach our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this is the info you were looking for, Oveis!
Feel free to reply with any questions and we wish you a fantastic weekend.
