I live in Brooklyn, NY. Can I open the business checking for the charity registered in Florida? This nonprofit organization was incorporated in 2013, charity status was obtained 2014.
I already have personal and business accounts with TD. If I can open account for the charity, how to avoid a monthly maintenance fee?

Thanks for your interest in opening a business account with TD, Vladimir. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
As you mention that you'd like to open a business account for a charity registered in Florida, we recommend reaching out to a TD Store near you to discuss your account opening. You are able to take a look at TD Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Prior to your trip, we recommend taking a look at the business accounts we have to offer. You are able to do so here: https://go.td.com/1lWgAhe. We also offer a Business Checking Selector Tool to help you with a custom recommendation. Take a look here: https://go.td.com/1lGeYmw for more details.
If you do decide to open a business account during your visit, there are a few things you'll need to bring. If your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. Those who are going to be signers on the account need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security Number. For a non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business.
Additionally, we'd like to share with you our Small Business Resource Center that you may find useful, please take a look here: https://go.td.com/1k5RiNG.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
