bill paying information with me. I mailed my April ck to what I thought was the right address and it was returned to me. I would like to make 2 payments to bring my account to date. Please give me the address to mail my payment or a phone number to pay by phone. The only information I have with me is our account number. Thank you I came to Maryland on vacation and neglected to bring my Renovate Bill Pay information with me. All I have with me is the account number. My April payment was returned to me for some reason and I need to pay 2 months payments to get back on track. Please give me the mailing address for a Renovate payment and/or a phone number where I can make a phone payment. Thank you.

Hey Patsy, thanks for visiting us here at TD Helps.
We’d be glad to help provide options on how to make a payment to your Renovate Account.
Your first option is to mail in your payments to: P.O. Box 33802, Detroit , MI, 48232-9998. Please be sure the make the payments out to: Department of Accounts OR the name of the program you are using. You also have the option of paying via phone by calling 800-252-2551 to speak to a Customer Service Representative, Monday – Friday, 8:30AM - 9PM EST and Saturday 9AM – 5PM EST.
You could also pay your bill online. If you have not already enrolled yourself to view your account online, you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1szNUsY. Then select the “New Customers, Enroll Today” link and that will take you directly to the “Register for Online Account Services” page. You will need your account number (which can also be found on your credit card) handy during this process. Once you have finished the enrollment process, you can then manage and pay your bills through the website. You can also review and print up to 12 months of statements, set up recurring payments, and send a secure message.
We hope this helps answer your question, Patsy. Have a great day and enjoy your vacation!
