I live in the state of Idaho. I realize that you don't have any local branches here in Idaho, but can I still open an account online? If so, how? (When I go to enter my home/mailing address, IDAHO is not listed in the 'State' drop-down menu.)

In order to open an account online, you must have an address within TD footprint. We are currently located on the East Coast, from Maine to Florida: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you do not have an address within our footprint, we invite you to call us directly 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 with any questions you may have and set up your new account via telephone. You will need to provide us your Social Security Number and your valid U.S. address for this process.
