I'm trying to open account online, but there's no IL in drop down for state when I'm filling in my address.

If you are able to verify an address within our footprint on the East coast from Maine to Florida, you are also welcome to use our website for the account opening process. With either method, to begin the account application, you'll need your Social Security number and a valid personal identification such as a Driver's license, State ID, or Passport.
