Thanks for connecting with us here at TD Helps, Ann Marie. We are sorry to hear about your Online Banking difficulties and would be glad to help point you in the right direction.
As this is pertaining specifically to your account, although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site.
We invite you to connect with our Banking Specialists 24/7 who, after account verification, would be glad to help! To reach us from outside the US, please dial 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 via landline with an Operator's assistance.
As you are also inquiring about transferring funds from your TD account to your account in Ireland, we’d like to take this time to inform you that to send an outgoing international wire transfer, we ask that you visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
As you are in Ireland, we understand that this is not possible. No worries as we may have other options available for you.
First, if your TD Bank account is a joint account, any owner may visit us at a Store to initiate a wire, if one of you is currently located in the U.S. As another option, you may wish to deposit a check from your TD Bank account to a local account you have in Ireland. Or, feel free to withdraw funds either via ATM or by Visa Cash Advance using your TD Bank Visa Debit card. After using any of these options, if the funds need to be provided to another party you may initiate a wire or seek alternative options from your bank there.
If you may opt to withdraw funds using either an ATM or a cash advance, please note that daily limits on our Visa debit cards are $750.00 for ATM withdrawals, and $5,000.00 for cash advances. For additional info, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ on pages 44-45.
If you are expecting to withdraw more than what is permitted on your daily limit, we can offer a couple of options to request an increase. Please note, in order to have your debit card limit increased you must have a deposit account older than 90 days that is in Normal status and have a sufficient balance to cover the requested amount.
To increase one of the limits on your Visa debit card, you can send us a written request via fax or Secure Message. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, or please log in to your TD Bank Online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and use the Send a Message link after clicking the Customer Service tab. With either method, please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • A Statement indicating to 'Please increase my total daily Visa (or POS or ATM) limit to $X for the day.'• Your Signature (for the fax option only)
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day that the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase or decrease, you must visit your local TD Store location to make the request.
We also invite you to visit our Fee Schedule as it outlines any applicable fees when using your TD Debit Card: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Hope this helps. Have a great day!
