I'm an international student, staying in MO. Can I open a TD checking account online or when I visit my friend in Delaware?

Hi Daniel, thanks for writing in and considering TD Bank and here are some options to open an account.
To open an account online you will need to be in our foot print, we recommend opening an account with us when you visit your friend in Delaware. For our hours and locations, take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We offer many different types of Checking accounts. To view and compare our Checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help with selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you!
Once you are ready to visit a Store, as a non-US resident you will need to bring two forms of identification with you. One form of ID must be a non-US passport and the second form of ID you may select from the list below:
- Employment ID with Photo and Signature
- State Issued ID or Driver's License with Signature
- Foreign Driver's License with Photo
- US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
- College ID with Photo
- Alien Registration Card with Photo
- Permanent Resident Card with Photo
Please don't hesitate to ask us other questions if you need more help. Have a great day!
