My password is not recognized by the banking online site. When I ask to reset my password, I am asked for my SSI number but I did not bring my SSI card with me. Can you help me, by asking me another security question?

OK, here's the update.
The link given shows this advice: If you can't remember your password or you’ve locked yourself out and the online system does not accept your request, please call us at 1-866-222-3456 (available 24/7) or visit any TD Canada Trust branch (http://bit.ly/q16FQZ) for immediate assistance.
It doesn't work for me: when I call the 1-866 number, a voice tells me that the number I called does not exist. When I click on the link to find a TD Canada Trust branch, there is no branch in Vietnam. What I need is a link or an email address to communicate with a representative by email or Facebook messaging.
Help and thank you!!

Thanks for the update and we're sorry to hear that you're still having trouble!
Please know that we are unable to discuss account specifics via TD Helps, Email and Facebook Messaging as these platforms are not considered secure. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The trouble you've experienced while calling TD Canada Trust may be because the telephone number was not recognized internationally. This being mentioned, you are able to reach TD Canada Trust by calling them collect at 416-307-7722 or toll free at (International Access Code) – 800-222-3456. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be glad to help you regain online access.
If you have any further questions, we ask that you reach out to TD Canada Trust directly for assistance by dialing the numbers mentioned above, visiting the "Contact Us" page as we mentioned in our previous reply or stopping by the Canadian TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1giEf7F.
Again, we hope this helps and have a good day!
