I live in New Jersey and I am pre-paying the first two quarters of my property tax. TD Bank currently puts my property tax payments into escrow and then pays the tax. What arrangements do I need to make regarding my mortgage payments so I pay the proper amount, but don't pay for taxes I have already payed?
