We would hate to lose you as Customer due to your move, Amy.
We understand that you have moved, however; Certificate of Deposit accounts must be closed in person at a TD Bank location. We recommend contacting your home store where the account was opened for further instructions. If you are unsure of which TD Bank location your account was opened at, feel free to our 24/7 Customer Service at 888-751-9000.
There may be a penalty if you are requesting to close your CD before its maturity date. You will have a 10 calendar day grace period from your CD maturity date to renew, change terms, or close your CD without penalty. Please take a look here for more details: http://bit.ly/1qAWAk0.
