Good morning, Leah.
Thanks for coming to TD Helps today. We'll be more than happy to help.
As you mentioned that you were looking to open an account with TD Bank, we'd first like to take a moment to provide more information in regard to the different types of accounts we offer. First, we offer Checking accounts, and you're welcome to use this link: https://go.td.com/1aDaRqd to learn more. We also have Savings accounts available, and you can click here: https://go.td.com/1pJT9I9 for more information. If you're having trouble deciding, we'd like to invite you to check out our Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E which can help by making a personalized recommendation, based on your needs.
When you're ready to open your account, as you mentioned that you do not have a government issued form of I.D., we'd like to recommend that you visit a TD Store location. If you'd like, you're more than welcome to call before your visit to determine if the Store location of your choosing is able to accept the form of I.D. that you may have.
For your convenience, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest TD Store location, as well as their contact information and lobby hours.
Additionally, as you mentioned that you currently do not have Social Security Card, please understand that in order to properly assist you with your new account opening; a Customer Service Representative will need to obtain this information as well.
We sincerely hope this helps, Leah.
Thanks again for stopping by, and have a great weekend!
