We understand your concern, Alison. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If your account was opened with TD Bank in the U.S., we recommend reaching out to a Banking Specialist directly. You are able to call them from outside of the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone.
If your account was opened with TD Canada Trust, we recommend taking a look at their contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to personal/account specific information.
If your account is held by another financial institution, we recommend contacting them to discuss your concerns.
Have a great day, Alison.
