Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Rosa. We understand how frustrating online issues can be and we'll be happy to assist you in resetting your security questions.
If you are not able to log into your Online Banking profile, a member of our Customer Service team can assist with changing your security questions and logging you into your account. You can reach a Specialist by calling 888-751-9000, 24/7. If you would prefer, you can also visit a local TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking, you can view and change your security questions and answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
For security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions, you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
We hope this helps out, Rosa. Let us know if you have any other questions.
