Welcome to TD Helps, Claudia. We'll be sure to guide you in the right direction today. We understand how stressful it can be when losing your debit card but rest assured, we have you covered!
We recommend that your first step be to contact us as soon as possible to close out the card to ensure no fraudulent transactions occur. You're welcome to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once the card is closed, we can go over your transaction history and request a new card while you're speaking with a Banking Specialist. After the card is requested, you should expect to receive it in the mail within 7-10 business days, depending on your postal service.
If you'd prefer to send the request online, you may do so via secure message. To send a secure message once you're logged in, click on the Customer Service tab and then Send a Secure Message. Please note that we do recommend contacting us directly by phone or in person, as soon as possible to close the card, as it's the quickest way to safeguard your account.
As always, you're welcome to visit a TD location for assistance. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may even receive an instant-issue card at the Store so you will walk out with a new debit card in your hand.
Thanks for reaching out and please take care.
