To better assist you, we ask that you contact us directly for further information. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, they would be happy to cancel the card for you! To call us from outside the United States please use 1-856-751-9000, or call our TD Card Services directly by calling collect 24/7 while you are abroad at 1-706-644-3266.
If you are unable to contact us by telephone, you may also contact us by sending us a Secure Message through your Online Banking if you are currently enrolled for Online Banking. To send a secure online message, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. Please note; if you choose to request a new credit card via telephone or online secure message, you will need to allow 7-10 business days for the card to be mailed to your address on file.
