We understand your concern, Dimple. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account/personal information in order to assist you directly.
If you have not done so, we recommend reaching out to us directly for help. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We also notice that you may be writing to us from Canada. If you're referring to your Canadian account, we recommend reaching out to our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team. You are able to do so here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. Once you submit a question to our friends to the Canadian Team, we're sure they'll be glad to help.
You are also able to reach out to a Representative at TD Canada Trust directly for help. To take a look at their contact options please visit here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope to hear from you soon and have a good day.
