Hi, Elizabeth, we're sorry to hear about your card and will be sure to direct you on how to cancel it.
As you mentioned that you're currently out of the country, you may contact us 24/7 by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Additionally, if you have TD Bank Online Banking you can send us a secure message to close your current card. Once you're logged into your account online to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
