Hey Scott, thanks for visiting us at TD Helps tonight. We are sorry to hear about your ATM card and you came to the right place for direction. We would be happy to help provide the next steps.
If you lost your TD ATM Card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
If you have TD Bank Online Banking you can send us a secure message to request a new ATM card. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. Since you don't have the card it may be easier to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our knowledgeable Banking Specialists. Once you're successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. We ask that you include your address on file when submitting your secure message
Another option you have to close your TD ATM Card is to visit us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps you, Scott. Have a great one and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
