We're sorry to hear about your lost card!
If you haven't done so already, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can get this closed out for you. You can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 888-751-9000 so we can ensure that your account is secure.
Now that we've mentioned that, we can let you know that closing your current debit card will not affect your account number. The account you currently have will remain open, and we'll simply replace the card for you that is attached to that account. Please note that when we reissue your card, the card number will be different from the one you had for security reasons.
If you'd like to have a new card right away, you can stop in to any of our Stores and we can issue you one on the spot! A listing of our Stores and lobby hours nearby you can be found at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you aren't in a hurry, you can also order a card with us when you call us at the number above, and we'll mail it out to you. This would typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
