Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Jack and we're sorry to hear you've lost your card. We'd be happy to review what to do next and how to enroll in Online Banking.
As you've mentioned that you lost your ATM/Visa Debit Card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your post office. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account and file a dispute for any unauthorized transactions for you if necessary.
Another option you have to close your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card is to visit us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You've also mentioned that you'd like to enroll in Online Banking. Though the enrollment process online requires your card number, there are ways to enroll without it. You may contact the 24/7 number mentioned above to enroll over the phone or when you visit a TD Store to replace your card, your Representatives there can assist you in enrolling too. After you replace your card, you may complete the enrollment on our web page found here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.
We hope this helps, Jack and have a good day.
