We're so sorry to hear that you have misplaced your Debit Card, Shawn.
For starters, if you have not done so already, we strongly recommend that you contact us so that we may close your Debit Card immediately. You may do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7, and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed, we can order you a new one and mail it to your address on file. Please note, it may take anywhere from 7-10 business days to receive your new card, depending on the post office.
If you have TD Bank Online Banking, you may send us a secure message to request a new Debit Card as well. If you have not yet enrolled, you may contact us at the number above to speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialists. Once you're successfully enrolled, and have logged into your account, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Another option you have to close your TD ATM/Visa Debit card is to visit us at your local TD Store. Once you have spoken with a Representative, and have had your card closed, they'll be more than happy to create a new card for you on the spot. You'll walk out with a new card in your hand that same day! For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information was helpful, Shawn. Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you, and have a great day!
