We appreciate you coming to TD Helps with your concerns, Mario. We are sorry to hear about your situation and would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
First and foremost, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us immediately to close your debit card for account security. You may do so 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist with closing your debit card. After account verification, our Representatives would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days and will be sent in a plain white envelope for security purposes. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account and file a dispute for you if necessary.
You can also visit us during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Customer Service Representatives can close your card and also review your account with you. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
We hope this helps, Mario. Have a good day and let us know if you have any further questions.
