help. I get an infuriating screen with a dog winking at me when I need to shut my card off from overseas.

To best assist you, we ask that you connect with us 24/7 at 1-856-751-9000. If you have access to a landline where you're at, please know that you can also reach us 24/7 by calling collect with Operator assistance. Just ask the Operator to dial us at 1-215-569-0518 and we will gladly accept the call to help! Once we speak, one of our Banking Specialists can close your card and even order a new one for you right away. Another way you can contact us to close your debit card is by reaching out to us through a Secure Message. If you're already enrolled for Online Banking with us, you can access your online profile by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located under the “Message Center.” When you get there, please select "General Customer Service" as your subject and then you can include your notes or comments to close out your debit card. We'll respond back within 24-48 hours to confirm it's been closed. We hope this helps out, Robert. Have a great day!
