Welcome to TD Helps, Tenzin. We're sorry to hear that you've lost your card and would be happy to help provide what to do next.
If you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us right away to close your debit card for your account security. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your debit card.
After account verification, our Representatives would also be able to submit a request to have a replacement card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you on the spot! Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We've also noticed that you're writing to us from Toronto. If this in in regards to your Access Card, we recommend taking a look here: http://bit.ly/14j7ncj. Our TD Helps Canadian team has answered a similar question to yours! You may also submit your own unique question for our Canadian team to answer via that link.
We hope this helps, Tenzin and have a great night!
