We're sorry to hear you've lost your debit card, Theresa. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction today.
We have multiple options to obtain a new debit card. You may choose which ever option is most convenient for your needs! If you want to keep the same debit card number, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service at 888-751-9000. A new debit card will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days with standard shipping or 2-3 business days via FedEx. Once your new debit card is shipped, your current debit card will become inactive. You will need to activate your replacement card upon receipt by dialing the toll free number listed on the new card.
A way that a debit card can be expedited to an alternate address would be sending us a secured message through online banking. Please include the information below:
Your account number
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
Please also include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
To send a secure message, you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You may do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Please include the same information listed above for the fax option in your secured message. If you have not enrolled, please call us at the same number listed above and speak with our Banking Specialists.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, feel free to also give us a call at the phone number listed above.
We hope this information helps!

Thanks for joining in, Lucy.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this we are unable to submit the request for a new credit card to be mailed via this point of contact. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you'd like to discuss replacing your credit card, we recommend speaking with a Credit Card Specialist directly. They are available 24/7 at 888-561-8861 (706-644-3266 from outside the US). Once speaking with a Specialist, they would be glad to close your previous card and issue a new one.
Once you return, you can also visit any TD Store during lobby hours to discuss your credit card. Take a look at TD Stores in your neighborhood here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Talk to you soon, Lucy, and enjoy the rest of your trip!
