Hi I'm taylor I've seemed to have lost my debit card can I cancel the old debit card and get a new one through the mail?

Hey Taylor, thanks for coming to TD Helps.
If you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us immediately to close your debit card for account security. You may do so 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist with closing your debit card. After account verification, our Representatives would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days and will be sent in a plain white envelope for security purposes. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account and file a dispute for you if necessary.
If you have TD Bank Online Banking you can send us a secure message to request a new ATM card. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. Since you don't have the card it may be easier to give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. They can also help you with your card request but you would still have the option to send the message.
Once you're successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.

As we mention above, you are able to call our 24/7 telephone number or send a secure message to request a new debit card. Keep in mind that cards ordered in these ways may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address.
