We're sorry to hear that you've lost your debit card, Douglas, and we'd be glad to help you replace it.
You can replace your debit card by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, by visiting a TD Store or sending a secure message!
To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
Typically our TD Stores require a valid form of photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) to replace your debit card during your visit. We recommend reaching out to the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your trip to discuss if the identification you have on hand is sufficient.
Take a look at our Store locations and contact information here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
When calling or sending a secure message, please be advised that the debit card requested will be send to the address on file and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
We hope this information helps, Douglas. Talk to you soon!
