Thanks for getting in touch with us, Sarah and sorry to hear about any possibility of a lost card. We'll certainly let you know right away what you can do.
First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your debit card for your account security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your card.
After account verification, our Specialists would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Carrier, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps you, Sarah! We'll talk to you soon and have a good day.
