i lost my debit card TD bank, how can i get money in italy ?

We're sorry to hear that you misplaced your Debit Card, and we'll be happy to help.
Before we begin, we strongly recommend that you contact us immediately so that we can assist you with having your lost Debit Card closed to prevent any unauthorized purchases from occurring. You may reach us, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000, or as you stated that you are currently in Italy, you may also call collect, with operator assistance, from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Once you are on the phone with a Representative, not only will they be able to assist you with having your Debit Card closed, they will also be able to assist you with requesting a new Debit Card for your account. As you are currently out of the country, you may request to have a Debit Card sent to your foreign address; however, you will need to send a Secure Message in order to complete this request.
In order to send a Secure Message, you will first need to log into your Online Banking. Feel free to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry! You may start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Debit Card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Please be sure to include your account number, your name as it appears on your account, the address where you wish to have your new card mailed, and the following statement:
'I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.'
Once this is completed, a Banking Specialist will respond to your Secure Message, typically within 24 hours.
