In reply to Catalino, Markham
We're sorry to hear that you've lost your debit card, Catalino, and we'd be glad to help you replace it.
In the event that you misplace your debit card, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. You are able to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Specialist, they would be glad to close your previous card, request a new one and review your accounts for any unauthorized activity.
In addition to calling, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours to close your previous card and have a new one issued during your visit! Take a look at TD Stores in your neighborhood here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit, you can also send a secure message to discuss your debit card. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
Keep in mind that cards requested over the phone and via secure message may take 7-10 business days to arrive.
We hope to hear from you soon, Catalino! Have a good morning!
