Hello, I am Ming.
I lost my debit card 3 days ago and I am planning to get a new one in the weekend.
So I just want to ask whether I can send the money from the old card to the new one when I go to the office.

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Ming. We're sorry to hear that you have misplaced your Debit Card, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your debit card for your account security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your card.
After account verification, our Specialists would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Carrier, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that any funds that are currently available in your account will not need to be transferred to your new Debit Card. Once your previous Debit Card is closed, your new Debit Card will be linked to your Checking account, and you will have immediately access to your funds again.
We hope this helped, Ming. Have a great weekend, and enjoy the rest of your day.
