We appreciate you joining us here at TD Helps, Shane. We are sorry to hear you've lost your wallet and we understand how frustrating it can be to replace all of your missing information. We will be happy to help ease this process.
To obtain a new TD Debit Card at any of our TD locations, please note that we can accept any of the following as your primary forms of IDs:
-State Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-State Issued ID with Photo and Signature
-Puerto Rico Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-Guam Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-US VI Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-Temporary Driver's License with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-Learner's Permit with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-Federal Government Employee ID with Photo
-US Government VISA with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-US Passport with Signature
-US Armed Forces (Military) ID with Photo
-MA Commission for the Blind ID
If you are unable to provide one of the mentioned IDs above, you may provide 2 of the following as secondary forms of ID:
-Employment ID with Photo and Signature
-US Birth Certificate
-US Passport Card with Photo
-Welfare ID with Photo
-State Issued Driver's License with Signature, no Photo
-Foreign Driver's License with Photo
-US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-College ID with Photo
-Firearms Permit with Photo
-Alien Registration Card with Photo
-Permanent Resident Card with Photo
-Enhance Tribal Card or Native American Tribal Photo ID Card
If you are unable to visit us, that is okay! You can call us at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialists can help! After account verification, if you have not done so yet, we can close your TD Debit Card immediately then request a new card be mailed to you.
If you utilize TD Online Banking, you may also wish to send us a secure message. You may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center" after you log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
Your new card will then be mailed to the address we have on file and you should expect to receive your new TD Debit Card via mail within 7-10 business days. Please note, delays may occur depending on your post office.
