We encourage you to give us a call as soon as you can at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and can close your lost debit card for you; after account verification. While you are on the phone with us, our Specialists can review your account and file a dispute for you if any unauthorized transactions occurred on your account and issue you a new debit card as well.
Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for your new debit card to arrive at your home; depending on your postal service. Please also keep in mind that your new debit card will arrive in a plain white envelope.
