We're sorry to hear that you've lost your debit card, Fatima. We'll be sure to help you get back on track.
If you lost your ATM/Visa debit card, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account and file a dispute for you if necessary.
Another option you have to close your TD ATM/Visa debit card is to visit us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store.
