Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps today, Jose. We understand how frustrating it can be to lose your Debit Card and we are happy to help provide information on how to obtain a new card.
We recommend you contact one of our Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so your card can be closed immediately. Once your it has been closed, our Specialists can order you a new debit card and it will be mailed to your address on file. Please keep in mind; it may take 7-10 business days depending on your Postal Office. Also, Debit cards will be mailed in a white envelope for security precautions so please keep an eye out.
You may also visit any TD Bank Store to close your debit card and receive a new debit card immediately. For a listing of TD Bank Stores, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
