I guess you need to cancel my card but I do not have the number to call you collect which is on the back of card

Hi Anne, thanks for connecting to us through TD Helps. We all lose things sometimes, and we'd be happy to help you get a brand new card right away!
If it's your TD Bank Visa Debit Card that you have misplaced, we recommend calling us immediately at 888-751-9000. A Banking Specialist will close the card right away for you. After proper account verification, we can also review any recent transactions to ensure that there is no suspicious activity on your account.
You may then request a replacement card be mailed to you; or, you can visit your nearest TD Bank Store to get the replacement card made on the spot, as well as a paper statement to review your recent transactions if you'd like. If you are enrolled for online banking with us, another option would be to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com and request that your card be closed. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Through Online Banking, you may also review all recent transactions on your account and print out statements if necessary.
If you've lost your TD Bank Credit Card, please reach out to a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861. We're available 24/7 to review your recent activity and close out the card, and we can then mail you a replacement.
If you're still abroad, feel free to contact us internationally at 1-856-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and please keep in mind that international phone charges may apply if you contact us at our local number.
