Hi, Christopher, we're sorry to hear that your wallet is lost. We would be glad to help.
You have a couple of options to receive a new TD Debit Card instantly by visiting your local TD Bank store. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have a valid Passport or military ID, it will be accepted at your local TD Bank store. If you don't have either, we will accept any two items from the followings:
- Employment ID with Photo and Signature
- State Issued ID or Driver's License with Signature
- Foreign Driver's License with Photo
- US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
- College ID with Photo
- Alien Registration Card with Photo
- Permanent Resident Card with Photo
Just in case you don't have any items mentioned above, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you, upon account verification. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days and will be sent in a plain white envelope for security purposes.
If you have TD Bank Online Banking you can send us a secure message to request a new debit card. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. Since you don't have the card it may be easier to give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. They can also help you with your card request but you would still have the option to send the message. Once you're successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
