First, since you mentioned that some of your checks have been misplaced, Nickelle, we recommend that you contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24/7, who can place a stop payment on these checks for you as soon as possible. They can also place an order for you right over the phone, once this is complete.
We're glad to be able to provide convenient options for our services and have several other ways you can order checks if you prefer. If you'd like to place an order online and you're already use Online Banking, you can order them right after logging in to your TD Bank Online account. Please use these steps:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and would like to enroll for your personal accounts, please feel free to use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, Social Security number and your email address, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Once this is complete, continue with the steps listed above to place your order.
In addition, you always have the option to reorder your checks at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Or, we invite you to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at the number listed above to order your checks.
Checks usually arrive within 7-10 business days of your order, depending on your postal service. When placing your order, other delivery options may be available for a fee.
