We're sorry to hear that you lost your 1099-INT statement, Cindy and we'd be happy to help you obtain this information.
TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. Please keep in mind that the forms can take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address. The 1099-INT forms are sent out for accounts that have earned $10.00 or greater in the previous year for deposit accounts. This being mentioned, if you think that you should have received a 1099-INT form for your account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance.
You can contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and our Representatives will be happy to help. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store hours and locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message to determine if you should receive a form or request one. If you are not currently enrolled, you may start the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a Secure Message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original).
We hope this helps, Cindy and have a good night.
