Hi Yvette, thanks for joining us on TD Helps. We'll be glad to provide you with details on how to obtain your account balance and request a debit card.
To access your account balance, if you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your balance online. After you are logged onto your account, please click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 where after account verification, our Banking Specialists will be happy to help you get set up for Online Banking in no time!
Also, you may obtain your account balance by dialing our 24/7 Automated Telephone Banking System by using the telephone number listed above. You may also visit a TD Store for this information. To find a nearby TD Store please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You'll have similar options to obtain a TD Debit Card as well. You may visit a TD Store, where you'll walk out with a new Debit Card in hand thanks for our instant-issue machines! You may also give us a call anytime at the number listed above where a Representative can request a new card to be sent to you. Or, once you're enrolled and logged in to your Online Banking, you may send us a secure message by clicking on Send a Secure Message on the left hand side of the page.
We hope this helps, Yvette and please have a great day!
