Thanks for writing into TD Helps, Mahmut! We'll be glad to answer your question regarding unpaid checks.
When checks are presented to TD Bank for payment, only then will the funds be deducted from your account; this pertains to personal checks and Bill Pay checks. If you're concerned that these checks haven't made it to the payee, we recommend reaching out to the payee for assistance.
Also, please take a look at our Funds Availability policy here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 39- 41). These pages will go over when your funds will become available and outline any circumstances where funds may be held for longer periods of time.
As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we do recommend reaching out to us directly by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secure message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
We hope this helps and come by any time you have a question, Mahmut! Take care and have a wonderful week.
