I would like to know why the check I deposited via the mobile app last night showed as pending and then when I checked this morning it is gone?

Hi Mary, thanks for stopping by. We're sorry for any confusion caused with your mobile deposit.
Sometimes when a mobile deposit is made after business hours, which is 8:00 PM, the deposit will show as pending, and then appear as if it's no longer pending the next day. In this case, you may want to confirm that the deposit was successful. You may do this by logging in to your app, and selecting 'Mobile Deposit', then select 'Mobile Deposit History'. As long as you can view the deposit under the mobile deposit history, you can be assured that the deposit will appear on the account the following business day.
