I made a mobile deposit and it is not showing up in pending? I tried to do it again and it wouldn't take it said maybe this check was already deposited.

We understand your concern, Tommy, and we'd be glad to help you locate a recent Mobile Deposit.
When you make a Mobile Deposit, the transaction is typically pending. A pending credit is then placed on your account however because the funds are not yet available, a pending debit is created to match that of your deposit until the funds are verified. You are able to view this information online or via mobile under 'Pending Transactions'.
You are also able to determine if a Mobile Deposit was successful by checking your deposit history. You are able to access this information by logging in to the Mobile App. Next, please select 'Mobile Deposit' on the home page. If you are not signed in yet, this will prompt you to enter your user name and password. Once complete, you will be able to view your 'Mobile Deposit History'. If your deposit was successful, it will be located there. Keep in mind that the most recent 30 days of history can be found here.
