I made a payment Friday through online banking and it is not showing that it is even pending. Is there a way for you to check if the payment is going through?

Good day, Shari and thank you for submitting your bill pay inquiry on TD Helps.
Generally speaking, if a bill payment is initiated on a Friday before 8pm EST via your personal online banking profile, the earliest payment date can be the following Monday (if this payment is being processed electronically). However, if Monday is a federal holiday, it may not be processed until the following business day. Therefore, funds will not be debited from your account until it is processed.
If you wish to confirm your payment status with us directly, we encourage contacting out 24/7 Tech Support Team at 800-493-7562. After account verification, they'll be more than happy to help you with your bill payment inquiry. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours for bill pay assistance.
