Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Soraida. We'd be happy to help you schedule a recurring transfer.
If you are looking to set up a recurring transfer from another TD account, you can do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help you create an automatic transfer between your accounts. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours to set up this transfer. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you can set up a transfer between your accounts by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once logged in, you would then select the "Transfers" tab. You will then be asked to select the amount, which account the funds are coming from and which account the transfer is going to. Then select the bubble next to "Schedule Transfer." When you select "Next," new options will appear such as the date of the transfer, frequency or how often you’d like the transfer to take place and whether or not you'd like the transfer to end. Once you confirm this information and submit the transfer, Online Banking will automatically move funds based on the instructions you've just created!
You can also set up transfers from your TD account to an account at a different institution online. To send an external transfer, please select the "Transfer" tab and click on the "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank". You will need to input the account information you have located with another institution by clicking on the "Add a New Account" link. Once your account is added, you will need to set the amount of the transfer, specify the "From" and "To" accounts, select the date, frequency and duration of the transfer.
For the information on External Transfer and Person to Person Payments Services Terms and Conditions, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (specifically pg. 3, Section 1.16 for information on the payment methods and Amounts).
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking and would like to be, you may begin the process at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to enroll.
If you have any trouble setting up the transfers online or enrolling for Online Banking, please contact us either by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours or by using the 24/7 number listed above.
We hope this helps, Soraida. Have a great day.
