still cannot estimate a ship date. BBB has many complaints aganinst them. Is there any way to get my money back ?? I made an online purchase back in August 12 2017 with Rough Country Rustic Furniture in the amount of 187.50. After several email they still cannot estimate a ship date. BBB has many complaints against them. Is there any way to get my money back?

In most instances, we are able to file a dispute on your behalf; however, please be sure that the transaction you would like to file a dispute for has already posted to your account, and is no longer pending.
